THAT'S ME [circa 1970] and ever since then, my happy place is in the kitchen. Early on, I discovered my passion for making people happy through time-honored recipes and traditions.
Establishing a catering business in 2018 taught me that, while my customer's enjoyed good quality food, the star of the show was always at the end of the meal. Seeing the excitement, the smiles and the twinkle in the eyes of children and adults alike, I discovered people ALWAYS save room for cake!!
